LAST WILL AND TESTIMENT (WILL)
A Will is a legal document stating who you wish to leave your possessions to when you pass away. It also states who will be responsible for the distribution of your estate (executors) as well as nominating guardians for any children under 16 years old (guardianship).
LASTING POWER OF ATTORNEY (LPA'S)
Lasting Powers of Attorney allows someone to make decisions on your behalf if you are unable to make them for yourself. LPA’s are issued from the Office of Public Guardian, they allow the nominated attorney the authority to act for you (the donor). They allow the attorney to make decisions for you if you are unable to act for yourself.
A trust is a legal arrangement where one or more people (called trustees) control money or assets (called trust property) which they must use for the benefit of one or more people (called the beneficiaries).

A funeral plan allows you plan your funeral in advance to ensure you receive the funeral YOU want. Not only does it take away the stress from your loved ones at a time that is already very distressing. They also allows you to pay for all the fixed fees related to a funeral at today’s prices and pay nothing more in the future.
